What are the hotel check-in and check out times?
Check-in from 14:30 and check out by 11:00 local time.

How do I make changes or cancel my reservations?
If you would like to amend or cancel your booking please check your cancellation terms which can be found on your email confirmation, amendments may be subject to a charge. Any amendments or enquiries can be made by emailing bath.reservations@apexhotels.co.uk or calling 0800 049 8000.
If you have booked through a third party such as Expedia or Booking.com please contact them directly to make cancellations or amendments.

Is the hotel accessible?
We want everyone to enjoy their stay and we treat all guests equally. The entrance has ramp access and railings with automatic sensor doors and there are guest elevators throughout with access for all abilities; the ground floor also has an easily accessible WC. There are 9 fully accessible bedrooms within the hotel and level flooring throughout to access all areas (no steps required). The restaurant and bar furniture is also easily movable for access. Please call our Reservations Team on 0800 049 8000 to book.

Is parking available at the hotel?
The hotel does not have parking facilities. The closest car park is Charlotte Street Car Park BA1 2NE.
