What are the hotel check-in and check out times?
Check-in from 14:30 and check out by 11:00 local time.

How do I make changes or cancel my reservations?
If you would like to amend or cancel your booking please check your cancellation terms which can be found on your email confirmation, amendments may be subject to a charge. Any amendments or enquiries can be made by emailing edinburgh.reservations@apexhotels.co.uk or calling 0800 049 8000. If your booking was made from 12 December 2019 onwards you can also amend your booking online, if your booking was made before 12 December 2019 please contact our reservations team using the contact details above.
If you have booked through a third party such as Expedia or Booking.com please contact them directly to make cancellations or amendments.

Is the hotel accessible?
All our hotels and restaurants are fully accessible by wheelchair. Our friendly team will be happy to assist you throughout your stay. All our hotels have disabled access rooms. Please call our reservations team on 0800 049 8000 to book an appropriate room for your requirements.

Is parking available at the hotel?
Apex Haymarket Hotel has a small car park which is available on a first come first served basis for £8 per day.
